Technical checks: Website and form checks, backups and checks that the site can be restored. The details are agreed in the scope.
Up to 30 minutes a month: Minor edits to existing text and photographs. Unused time does not roll over into the following month.
Initial response: Within two business days. This is the first-response target, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within that time. There is no 24/7 support.
Clear boundaries: New pages, features and larger changes are assessed separately, with approval before additional work.
Errors in our work: We correct defects in our original delivery without requiring a care agreement. Those corrections do not use the minor-edit allowance.
No minimum term: Monthly care can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Pricing and operational scope are agreed in the proposal.

Can I commission just the website?

Yes. Monthly care is optional and agreed separately. Correcting our original delivery defects does not depend on purchasing maintenance.

Do you build online shops and applications?

This offer covers business websites, landing pages, redesigns and multilingual websites. Online shops, checkout, portals and web applications are outside the standard offer.

Do all texts and photos need to be ready?

Not for the first conversation. We review existing materials and define content preparation, photography, translations and responsibilities in the proposal.

How long does a website take, and what does it cost?

It depends on scope, languages, content and required features. After the brief, you receive a specific proposal and plan. Larger changes are agreed before additional work.
